Design Leadership 2019
I've recently moved into a lead design role from being a practitioner. That means that now I've dialled back my individual contributor role (it still exists though!) and am managing people for the first time. While still very new to me, I've learnt a lot already in my first six months and think there are some interesting things to share, focussing on the mistakes I made - this would be relevant for those leaders thinking about moving into management or for those who are managers that just want to reflect back and perhaps see how far they've come.
